Morning Connections for Women: a weekly virtual gathering

Morning Connections is our weekly, 30-minute, virtual gathering for women and folks who identify as woman-adjacent. Morning Connections is the go-to spot for weekly conversation to keep your head in the game, share your experiences, and fill your cup. What started as a pilot based on a program by 100 Rural Women in Minnesota has grown into one of the most meaningful weekly rituals for us and our participants.

If you’re in Minnesota, we invite you to join the original Morning Connections hosted by 100 Rural Women.

Who is it for? Morning Connections is for women and folks who identify as woman-adjacent. If you’re looking for a space to take time for yourself to connect with others, we invite you to join us.

What’s it like? Bring beverages, children, breakfast, pets, or work – the goal is to connect informally with other women and a host who will facilitate. We look forward to networking with you! (Find the upcoming series registration below.)

How did this begin? This series was created and pioneered by 100 Rural Women, a Minnesota based nonprofit whose mission is to serve and support women. The orgnaization launched Morning Connections in Minnesota in 2022, following a series of 100 meetings across the state with more than 3,000 women. In Minnesota, Morning Connections has successfully provided a regular space for rural women to be in fellowship with one another.
