Midwest Rural Assembly Will Focus on Youth

Public Media Service has a written a great preview of the Midwest Rural Assembly. The MRA is a regional conference not unlike the National Rural Youth Assembly. One focus of this year's conference, which will happen in South Sioux City, Nebraska, is rural youth. Specifically, how to keep and attract young folks to rural communities to live and work. (Spoiler alert: Strategies could involved fostering a sense of community and figuring out ways to make a real living with agriculture).
